Who we are

Voluntario Global is a non-profit association dedicated to developing volunteer programs in Latin America. We aim to educate young people on how to be socially conscious and create a collaborative network among different social organizations. 

Most of our projects and programs are situated in or around Buenos Aires city. At Voluntario Global we provide the opportunity for volunteers to work with children, teenagers, and adults as well as professionally.

We organize your placement, provide training and support throughout the program. Voluntario Global works to ensure that each volunteer is given the chance to contribute to a project in meaningful and useful ways.

Our team of coordinators work hard to meet the needs of local organizations and work with volunteers to develop suitable, effective programs.

Our Team

Our primary team of coordinators is formed by Valeria, Armin, Berta, Meche, Kristin and Jésica. We play a hands-on role in the programs we offer. It is through our daily participation and communication with local organizations that we become aware of the specific needs of each project.

Our job includes:

• Offering solutions or alternatives to immediate daily problems, through education, health aid and employment.
• Raising awareness, understanding and acceptance of these communities' traditions and values, by promoting experiences and providing cross-cultural exchange.
• Improving the quality of life and providing the means to obtain help and resources.
• Creating and implementing new volunteer opportunities according to the needs of each project.
• Creating bonds of unity, friendship and acceptance among the three stakeholders (State, private enterprise and civil organization) whilst respecting their common interests.
